HISTORY
Originally built in 1847, the house originally faced General Pershing Street. It was relocated during the Great Depression and allowed the block to be subdivided further. Now facing Coliseum Street, this historic Greek Revival center hall has been completely renovated and restored to its original grandeur. The original heart pine flooring was restored and refinished with a natural oil stain similarly to what it would have been when originally installed. The original floor to ceiling windows have been restored and new ones installed were custom designed to match. Custom five piece crown graces the top of 12 foot tall ceilings throughout the first floor.
GOURMET KITCHEN
Custom cabinetry, Wolf induction cooktop and gas dual wall oven, 42 inch Sub Zero refrigerator, marble waterfall island and custom backsplash pair perfectly with quartzite countertops and designer lighting to make this the ultimate kitchen design.
CUSTOM DETAILING
Where original millwork was missing, new custom made pieces were fabricated to match the original. Custom designed and built on site curved wooden staircase lead to a completely new second floor that houses three bedrooms and laundry.
